Eyes on Manchester (I)

Sorry guys! Without realizing, it's been a month since I have been missing in action. I was REALLY BUSY with being a nerd and all. Thanks to my procrastination, I was rushing so badly to finish 3 assignments and I am keeping my fingers cross that I am going to do just fine :)

So here is an outdated post about my trip around Manchester. Err, I don't think it should be called a 'trip' since I am from Manchester after all.....well whatever...

Dionn and Angela were here visiting us back then. So Jon and I were acting as tour guide, bringing them around and visiting few places. Yeah...only FEW places as time was limited and they were here for a short trip only...

Obviously, lots of cooking involved. Oh by the way, I learned how to cook ginger chicken (something very Chinese-ish), I might show it next time (I am fking proud of myself, can? :) )

Old Trafford :)

As you can see from the photo, it was pretty late when we arrived so we didn't head for the museum tour but we weren't intended to go at that time anyway... we are going tomorrow (or later today) actually :)

So we were just walking around and checking few section in the stadium.....

Right after that, we headed to the nearest shopping complex:

Paiseh but you obviously can't judge the location by its interior :) It's Trafford Centre actually! My bad but it was dark so there's no photo from the outside....

My hair was ugly >< (Now even uglier -_-)

We ended up shopping till the mall closed... with few bags.....

Bought a GAP winter coat which you'll see me wearing

in all the time in the winter, so no need for me to show the pick-up...

By the time we got home, we were so hungry and we craved on something that we missed badly from home:

Roti Canai + Curry Chicken + A1 Soup

Apart from that, we visited All Saints Park (sounds so great but nah.....it's only a park outside my hall)

Well, it's winter now and it's snowing! Freaking cold and the park is all white right now. More pics next time. I am off to bed.

Oh, my mom and brother are here! We are heading to Old Trafford tomorrow, then the day after to Paris, and then on the 27th to London and I wont be back to Manchester until Jan 3rd. We've just got back from Edinburgh yesterday. I officially hate snow right now, too cold to bear with :(
